Delivery Information
Singapore: FREE shipping above $60
Malaysia, Indonesia & South Korea: Flat rate international delivery fee of $6-$9 is applicable. Add items to cart to calculate the estimate shipping cost.
Delivery Timeline
All orders are processed within 1-2 working days excluding weekends. For urgent orders, drop us a message to discuss. We can help with same day delivery using our express courier partner but surcharge is applicable.
Refund & Exchange Policy
In order to ensure all our products are brand new and in hygienic conditions for all the little ones, we do not accept exchanges or refunds. All items are inspected prior to mailing out.
If you receive any defective or damaged goods, kindly snap some photos and email us at hello@shoplatteparents.com within 14 days from the date you received the items. We reserve the rights to assess on a case to case basis.
