Refund & Exchange Policy
In order to ensure all our products are brand new and in hygienic conditions for the little ones, we do not accept exchanges or refunds. All items are inspected prior to mailing out.
If you receive any defective or damaged goods, kindly snap some photos and email us at email@example.com within 14 days from the date you received the items. We reserve the rights to assess on a case to case basis.
